Nawanshahr - Dr Hira Lal IAS, the Election Observer posted at Sri Anandpur Sahib Constituency in view of the Lok Sabha Elections, has undertaken to conduct the Green Election. Under him, his arrival at Sikh National College Banga was special. On this occasion, the principal of the college, Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder, said that Dr. Hira Lal IAS and SDM Mr. Vikramjit Singh PCS specially attended and planted saplings in the college campus regarding the green election campaign. On this occasion, Dr. Hira Lal encouraged all the staff and students to plant saplings by themselves where he planted saplings and said that these saplings will be ready by the Lok Sabha elections to be held in the next five years. Then you will feel proud of this effort made during this election. On this occasion, he also presented his book to the Principal. SDM Vikramjit Singh praised this campaign of Dr. Hira Lal and said that green revolution will come again in Punjab with this effort. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder thanked the personalities who came and expressed his commitment to take this campaign home to home through college activities. As part of this campaign, the event "Meri Vote Hari Bhari Vote" was also held at the native village of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Khatkar Kalan. In which college bhangra team and NCC cadets participated. Here these students were also honored by giving plants.
