Patiala, October 30: Under the patronage of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and under the leadership of Minister for Higher Education and Languages Harjot Singh Bains, the Punjabi Month-2023 related events being celebrated by the Department of Languages Punjab began on November 1 at the head of the Department of Languages, Punjab. The office will be held at Patiala with a state level event. Harjot Singh Bains, Minister for Higher Education and Languages, will be the chief guest during this inaugural function. District Planning Board Patiala Chairman Jassi Sohianwala will preside over the function. Best Punjabi book awards will be presented to various writers during this literary event.
