Una, April 6 - Complaints of those violating the Model Code of Conduct during elections can be registered through the C-Vigil app. District Election Officer Jatin Lal said that everyone can easily download it from cvigil.eci.gov.in or play store on Android phones. Through this, complaints of violation of the Model Code of Conduct and money transactions can be sent with evidence from the spot. The complaint registered with video-photo in the C-Vigil app is settled within a maximum of 100 minutes.
Apply for permission for election programs on Suvidha App
The District Election Officer informed that the Election Commission of India has created a 'Suvidha App' for various permissions related to election programmes. Through this, various types of permissions related to election campaigns including election rallies, street meetings and use of loudspeakers can be obtained. In this, various permissions related to election programmes can be obtained including vehicle permission for star campaigners and party officials, use of helicopters and helipads, opening temporary party offices, vehicle permits, permission to install loudspeakers in vehicles, vehicle permission in the entire assembly constituency for candidates and election agents.
