A bus belonging to a private company went to the divider in the middle of the road near the bus stand of village Majra Jatt located on the Balachore-Ropar Balachore main highway. Due to which the passengers including the driver got injured. The injured passengers were immediately rushed to the Ropar Civil Hospital. According to information, bus number PB 07 BV 6506 of Rajdhani Company was going from Batala to Mohali. When she reached the above place, a girl riding a scooter with an old man sitting with her, without looking back, turned her scooter from the cut on the road. A Rajdhani company bus was coming behind him at high speed. Due to the negligence of the girl, the bus driver applied brakes by acting smartly. But the bus went over the divider on the road due to high speed. As soon as the accident happened, the girl ran away from the spot along with the scooter. On hearing the news of the accident, ASI Kulveer Singh, Constable Jatinder Singh, Sahil and Gurdeep Singh immediately reached the spot. The injured driver and passengers of the accident were immediately admitted to Civil Hospital Ropar through Toll Plaza Bachchuan ambulance. Due to the accident of the bus, the electricity pole installed for the light in the middle of the road was also badly damaged. Local market shopkeepers worked hard to get the injured passengers out of the bus.
