Nawanshahr - Like every year, the annual Jod Mela of Virdi Gotra Jatheron is being celebrated with great devotion and pomp on Sunday, 19 May 2024 at the place of Virdi Jatheron in village Kang (Bharta Kalan), district Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Nawanshahr). Giving this information to the press, chairman of the fair organizing committee, retired headmaster Gurdayal Chand said that the program will be started by hoisting the flag at 10 am.
   He told that on this occasion the stage program will start at 11 am. Various musical parties will present religious programs on this occasion. He further informed that Guru Ka Langar will also be served on this occasion. Chairman Gurdayal Chand has made a humble request to the Virdi families to reach out on this occasion.
