SAS Nagar, 25 Nagar  Keeping the threat of floods as the main focus of the Punjab government, all the government and private schools of the state have been closed, but on the other hand Anganwadi centers were working as before. In this regard, farmer leader Mr. Paramdeep Singh Baidwan said that the government seems to think that there is no risk in Anganwadi centers where very young children come, whereas the ground situation is that most Anganwadi centers are running in unsafe buildings. They have demanded that vacations should be held in schools as well as in Anganwadi centers.
