Nawanshahr - The Sangrand Day of "Assu" month was celebrated at Red Cross Deaddiction Centre, Nawanshahr. On this occasion Sardar Jaspreet Singh Bedi (Chief Sevadar Sukhmani Sahib Society, Nawanshahr) recited five pods of Japuji Sahib, jaap of 'Assu' month out of twelve months and six pods of 'Anand Sahib'. He explained the description and importance of Assu month by quoting Gurbani.

In the end, he prayed for the well-being of the patients, progress of the institution and social service organizations. On this occasion Sardar Chaman Singh (Project Director) asked to live life in a right way and stay away from bad habits and connect with the name of God and said that connecting with Gurbani means that we follow the orders given by him and bring happiness in life. He inspired the admitted patients to give up addiction and connect their lives with the Simran of God.
He talked about giving up addiction and being obedient to parents. God is the giver of everything, we should always live in his will. In the end, Project Director Chaman Singh thanked Bhai Jaspreet Singh Bedi (Chief Sevadar Sukhmani Sahib Society, Nawanshahr) and urged them to implement the ideas given by him in their lives.
In the end, Prasad was distributed to the Sangat. Manjit Singh, Dinesh Kumar, Kamaljit Kaur, Jaswinder Kaur (cook), patients and their heirs were present on this occasion.
