Nawanshahr/Banga - Season-3, 2024 block level games of "Khedan Batan Punjab Diya" with the support of Punjab Government and Sports Department Punjab which are being conducted in different blocks. Under which block level games were inaugurated today at Bhai Sangat Singh College and Sikh National College Block Banga. In which Mrs. Ramandeep Kaur Tehsildar Banga was present as the chief guest.
During this opening ceremony Mrs. Vandana Chauhan District Sports Officer Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar welcomed the chief guest and encouraged the players to play with sportsmanship. Mrs. Ramandeep Kaur Tehsildar Banga blessed the players and encouraged them to participate more in the games. In the sports competitions held on the first day in Banga block, Harkirat Singh won first, Daksh Kumar second and Rawsan Kumar third in athletic 600 meters under 14 years (boys). Similarly, in under 17 years (boys), Roshan Kumar won the first place, Ankur Kumar Chursia won the second place and Bhola Kumar won the third place.
In Athletic (Girls) Under 21 800m, Inderjot Kaur won first place, Bramjot Kaur won second place and Bhavna won third place. Similarly, in football under 14 years (boys), Khalsa School Banga won first place and village Jindowal won second place, in football under 17 years (boys), village Eka Ladhana won first place and village Khothar won second place. On this occasion Mr. Ranjit Singh, Principal Bhai Sangat Singh Khalsa College Banga, Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder Principal Sikh National College Banga, along with all the coaches were present.
