Patiala, July 4 - Additional District Magistrate Madam Kanchan, exercising powers conferred under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has issued orders to impose Section 144 of CrPC around the examination centers established by the board from July 4 to July 20, 2024 (including open school) morning session timings from 11 am to 2:15 pm.
The order states that the Punjab School Education Board Class VIII, X and XII supplementary examinations are being conducted in July 2024 (including open school) from July 4 to July 20 from 11 am to 2:15 pm at the centers established by the board at the tehsil level. Section 144 of CrPC has been imposed around all the examination centers in the district from July 4 to July 20, 2024. Legal action will be taken against the person violating the order.
