Garhshankar - Under the green election campaign, General Observer of Sri Anandpur Sahib Lok Sabha Constituency Dr. Hira Lal and under the leadership of Assistant Returning Officer-cum-SDM Garhshankar Shivraj Singh Ball, today with the help of Doaba Public School Parowal, about half a kilometer in the constituency. It was beautified by planting plants. 
Meanwhile, SDM Garhshankar honored all the BLOs by giving certificates of appreciation for motivating people to vote and playing an important role in the Green Election campaign. Meanwhile, the SDM said that all the BLOs jointly with the Patwaris and Panchayat Secretaries to make the Green Election a success as per the triple-one formula suggested by the General Observer for better coordination, measures to deal with extreme heat, improve vote percentage and general observer. And guidelines were issued to them through meetings. 
He said that our aim is to conduct elections in a transparent manner and to motivate people to vote and not to use single use plastic during the elections keeping in mind the mission of green elections.
