International Desk- A big news has come out from Bangladesh. Two trains collided in Bangladesh on Monday (October 23). 15 people were killed and more than 100 were injured in this accident. News agency Reuters gave this information with reference to the police.
The accident occurred when a passenger train collided with a freight train at Bhairab, about 80 km from Dhaka. Speaking to Reuters, a local police official said the death toll was expected to rise as rescue operations continued. 24 quoted a police officer of Bhairab railway station as saying that 15 dead bodies have been found so far. The news portal reported that several people were trapped under the damaged containers. Dhaka Superintendent Anwar Hussain said, ÷Preliminary reports said that the goods train hit Egaro Sindhur from behind, damaging two coaches.
