Garhshankar (Balveer Chowpra) Mr. Satpal Kanungo was born on 20-03-1960 in the village Garhshankar near Rawalpindi district Hoshiarpur to father Dalipa Ram and mother Bhago Devi. And did a good and clean cleaning job He became the president of the Patwar Union for the first time in 1997 and was also the CCR of the Patwar Union. He retired from his job on 03-20-2018 and spent his life well with his two sons Lakhveer Singh and Parvinder Singh Dharam and wife Mrs. Ramesh Rani but suddenly passed away from this world on 31-08-2023. The last rites were performed by his family at his native village Rawalpindi and on 10-09-2023, the last prayer will be offered after recitation of Shri Sahaj Path.
