SAS Nagar, September 5, Archana, a student of Shaheed Major Harminderpal Singh Government College, SAS Nagar, B.A. Part 2, won the weightlifting competition organized by Asmita Women's League Khelo India Chandigarh and participated in the 49 kg (junior) category. Has won the first place in the competition by lifting 127 kg. The spokesperson of the college said that the principal of the college Mrs. Harjit Gujral awarded the student with a cash prize on the occasion. Addressing the students, Professor Simarpreet, Head of Physical Education Department encouraged them to achieve more.
