Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, September 20:- District Social Security Officer Amrit Bala has clarified that people coming to the District Social Security Office with their problems/works are not allowed to face any kind of trouble.
 He said that the beneficiaries coming to the office for pension related inquiries are facing any problem related to pension and their pension related problems are solved on the spot. Apart from this, the pension information of the people is also given by the staff through WhatsApp by logging into the pension portal on the mobile phone and the people do not have to face any kind of trouble regarding the pension.
 He said that the vacancies of clerks and assistants at the office will be filled after the posts being promoted by the head office of senior assistants. He said that after that a regular senior assistant will be posted at this office. He said that if people face any problem or inquiry related to pension, they can also be contacted directly.
He said that there are regular superintendents and data entry operators in this office and the duty of a clerk is on Thursdays and Fridays. He said that people do not face any problem at this office.
 He said that this service can be availed even at home by contacting the helpline number 1076 issued by the Punjab government regarding getting a new pension.
