Mahilpur - The calendar and diary of Paigam-e-Jagat, an online daily newspaper published under the editorship of Chirag Davinder Kumar of Jampal Jhali family of Kitna village near Garshankar, was released at Karumbalan Bhawan by Shiromani children's literature writer Baljinder Mann at Mahilpur.
In his address on this occasion, he said that newspaper journalism in modern times has become a task equivalent to putting water in the dunes. The editors of this newspaper, Devinder Kumar and Surinder Pal Jhal, who are engaged in this work with a selfless spirit, are to be congratulated on this newspaper, which is being published with the intention of providing a new direction to the young generation. On this occasion, former education officer Bagga Singh Artist said that the Jhali family has always contributed greatly to social welfare activities. Devinder Kumar, the grandson of late Jagat Ram, launching a newspaper in the name of his grandfather is a message for the present generation. Only such scions can pass on their rich heritage to the next generation.
On this occasion, Sukhman Singh said that the newspaper needs to be given a more lively and interesting look. For which they are ready to give their services. The representative of the newspaper, Nirmal Muggowal, shared his views and said that there is a need for constant contact to connect journalists across Punjab with this newspaper.
