CHANDIGARH:- The Training of Trainers (TOT) Program was successfully conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education ( CBSE ) and  Institute of Secretariat Training and Management ( ISTM ) at Chandigarh Baptist School , Sector 45 D, Chandigarh with the participation of CBSE Resource Persons ( RPs ) from various schools and institutions. The program was honored to have Mr. Jitendra Bhatti, Deputy Director, ISTM, Mr. Prateek Ghosh, Mr. Asish Bose and Ms. Ramandeep Kaur, Deputy Secretary / Head COE, as the distinguished guest speakers. The training course aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Ms. Ramandeep Kaur, Deputy Secretary / Head COE highlighted the  initiatives taken by the board to include a strong focus on the improvement of the academic outcomes through robust capacity building of the teachers and to create a pool of trained resource persons equipped with the required core training skills.
