Una, September 7 - National Lok Adalat will be organized on September 14 in the court premises of District and Sessions Court Una and Sub-Division Amb. In these National Lok Adalats, various cases will be settled on the basis of agreement. Giving this information, District Legal Services Authority Secretary Anita Sharma said that in the Lok Adalat, criminal compoundable and civil disputes, cheque bounce, cases related to NI Act under section 138, consumer complaint cases, money recovery in motor vehicle driving cases, etc. will be heard and settled. Apart from this, road accident claim cases, electricity and water related cases and land acquisition cases will also be heard and settled.
Anita Sharma said that the cases which have not been filed in the court till now will also be settled in the pre-Lok Adalat on the basis of mutual reconciliation and agreement. She said that interested persons can apply to the District Legal Services Authority Office Una and all the courts of the district as soon as possible for settlement of their cases.
