
The facilities camps under the 'Aap Di Sarkar Aap De Duar' campaign have proved beneficial for the common people - MLA Kuljit Singh Randhawa
Derabassi/SAS Nagar, 27 August 2024:- Under the 'Aap Di Sarkar Aap De Dwar' campaign launched by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann's government from village Bhakharpur, a facility camp was organized in village Jandali of Derabassi block today under the leadership of SDM Derabassi and other administrative team.
Derabassi/SAS Nagar, 27 August 2024:- Under the 'Aap Di Sarkar Aap De Dwar' campaign launched by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann's government from village Bhakharpur, a facility camp was organized in village Jandali of Derabassi block today under the leadership of SDM Derabassi and other administrative team.
Derabassi MLA Kuljit Singh Randhawa, who arrived at the camp to take stock of the problems of the people along with administrative officials, said that as Chief Minister Sardar Bhagwant Singh Mann had said that now the government will run from the villages. After these camps, now the government is running from the villages. These camps are getting tremendous response from the people. These camps are proving to be the best platform for resolving the problems and issues of the common people.
Giving more information, MLA Randhawa said that in these camps, officers/employees of every department of the Punjab Government and various administrative officers are joining these camps and listening to the problems of the people of the constituency and they are being heard on the spot, which is being resolved, due to which people are happy with this commendable step of the government. Now the problems of common citizens related to government offices are being resolved on the spot by sitting in the villages/homes of the people. He also told that the most commendable aspect of these camps is that the elderly who could not go from their villages to Derabassi headquarters to get their work done, many of their works were resolved on the spot in their villages/homes during the camp.
On this occasion, MLA Kuljit Singh Randhawa, SDM Himanshu Gupta and officers of other departments were present in the camp.
It is worth mentioning that apart from these camps, 43 services related to various departments of Punjab Government can also be obtained by contacting the helpline number 1076. These include birth certificate, income certificate, residence certificate, scheduled and backward class certificate, old age, disability and dependent pension, name change in birth certificate, payment of electricity bill, verification of revenue department records, marriage registration, multiple copies of death certificate, rural area certificate, Fard Nirman, Shagan Yojana, land marking, counter signature of NRI certificate, counter signature of police clearance certificate, change in death certificate etc. Services are being provided. Application for these services can also be made in the facility camp.
While people were motivated to stay away from addiction during the camp, the Agriculture Department asked the farmers not to burn stubble and to make arrangements for it in turns with the available machinery.
