Language department organized Punjabi literature creation and poetry singing competitions

Hoshiarpur - Under the guidance of Punjab Government, Director Language Department Jaswant Singh Zafar and District Language Office Hoshiarpur, district level Punjabi literature creation and poetry singing competition was conducted at School of Eminence Government Senior Secondary Smart School Khuaspur Heeran. Shiromani Child Literary Baljinder Mann, District Language Officer Dr. Jaswant Roy and Principal Ramandeep Kaur presided over the event.

Shiromani Child Literary Baljinder Mann, District Language Officer Dr. Jaswant Roy and Principal Ramandeep Kaur presided over the event.
 Greeting the students, teachers and parents who came from all over the district, Dr. Jaswant Roy said that it has been a continuous effort of the language department. That their participation should be made by holding such events in order to instill a literary charm in the new village. Literature not only makes our life fluid but also fills it with various colors. He shared with the audience the literary activities conducted by the language department from time to time and also mentioned in detail the books and magazines available for sale by the department in the district office of the language department.
 Today's biggest competition in poetry singing is respectively first, second and third place students Nipun Sharma Toddler Home Model School, Akshara Secondary School Ahirana Kalan, Vipul Kumar Co-Education Ghanta Ghar, in poetry composition respectively Naman Sharma GMA School Singariwala, Jagraj Singh GMA School, Kumkum Secondary Model School Vidya Mandir, Lovelyn High School Chagaran, Sharon School of Eminence Purhiran, Bhawandeep Singh Middle School Chakgujaran, Hetal Sharma Secondary School Ahirana Kalan, Harmandeep Kaur High School Bhikhowal in story writing respectively. Prof. Sachkiran Kaur Government College Hoshiarpur, famous writer Dr. Dharmapal Sahil and gold medalist Madam Prabhjot Kaur played the role of judges during the competition. During the competitions, the winning students were honored by the language department with sets of departmental books worth Rs. 1000, 750 and 500 respectively, certificates and magazines by Baljinder Mann. Judge Sehban, Principal Ramandeep Kaur and writer Baljinder Mann were also honored with sets of departmental books. The vote of thanks was given by Principal Ramandeep Kaur Huron.
During the event, the stage action was well performed by the writers Anju and Rathi. At this time Lovepreet, Lal Singh, Hardeep Gill, Maninder Kaur, Harjinder Kaur, Vanita Rani, Manju Arora, Vanita Thakur, Narinder Kumar, Jaspal Singh, Jasveer Kaur, Poonam Rani, Pushpa Rani, teachers and students from different schools are present.
