Una, 23 July - Awareness camps will soon be organized in Town Hall Una regarding digital literacy. In these awareness camps, people will be made aware about cyber crime, social media, artificial intelligence (AI), cyber pooling, online fraud, fraudulent calls. This was said by SDM Una Vishwa Mohan Dev Chauhan during a meeting held on Tuesday regarding Digil Interview in Mini Secretariat Una. He said that along with cyber crime and bank fraud with customers, other online and social criminal activities are increasing day by day. Important steps are being taken by the government to stop such crimes. SDM said that more and more people will be made aware about cyber crime through awareness camps.
SDM directed the bank officials and police department to organize digital literacy camps in all the educational institutions under sub-division Una to make the children aware about the crimes committed through computers and mobiles.
BDO KL Verma, Tehsildar Shikha Rana, Range Forest Officer Rahul Thakur, CDPO Kuldeep Dayal, Pradhan Vyapar Mandal Prince and other dignitaries were present in the meeting.
