Patiala, November 30 - The birthdays of retired officials/employees of District Public Relations Office Patiala were celebrated by cutting a cake. A meeting of Welfare Association of Retired Members of District Public Relations Department Patiala was held at Patiala Media Club. In this meeting, the Punjab government was told by D.A. Demanded in strong terms to pay the outstanding installments and their arrears. He further said that he also supports the demands of Punjab Pensions Association. Cashless scheme should be introduced by revising the treatment rules for retired officers/employees as diseases are more common in old age. On this occasion, the birthdays of the members whose birthdays were in the month of November, Surjit Singh Zohri, Kuljit Singh and Jai Krishna Kashyap, all former District Public Relations Officers and Veena Kumari Assistant, were celebrated. In the meeting Naval Kishore former stage master spoke about his life experiences during service. Association President Surjit Singh Saini, Ujagar Singh, Paramjit Kaur, Ashok Kumar Sharma, Paramjit Singh Sethi, G.R.Kumra, Narata Singh Sidhu, Gurpratap Singh and Bimal Kumar Chakotra were present in this meeting. In the next meeting, Narata Singh Sidhu will share his experiences.
