Hoshiarpur - Shaina Academy organized 3rd Giddha Workshop in memory of Dr. Wimpi Parmar by Hoshiarpur Dance Vision. A large number of girls and women interested in vulture participated in the two-day workshop and learned about the intricacies of vulture. On this occasion, Shaina Parmar said that such workshops will be organized in the coming days to encourage women to join the workshop. He said that giddha is an integral part of our culture and boys should learn bhangra and women should learn giddha. Because these are our folk dances and we should know about them, only then we will be able to sing full Punjabi. Meanwhile, the women participating in the workshop also demonstrated the nuances learned in the workshop by putting on a vulture. Jaspreet Kaur, Naira Sharma, Radhika, Rashmi, Gurdeep Kaur, Simran, Preet Simran, Gurpreet Kaur, Hardeep, Harsimrat, Amarjit, Ayushi, Prabhadeep, Kuldeep, Kharuvika and Suman were present on this occasion.
